Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are Deirdre's original core therapies.

Acupuncture which is a natural form of healing has the following benefits:

Qi can become blocked or depleted due to physical, emotional or environmental stresses causing pain, lack of energy, illness or a lowered immune system with constant low grade infections or allergies.

Following a detailed initial consultation including observation of the tongue and pulse Deirdre devises a treatment plan using such treatments as acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and dietary and/or lifestyle advice as needed.

All appointments are totally private.The first appointment takes at least an hour but can be an hour and a half depending on details and history. Second and subsequent appointments are shorter usually about forty minutes, maybe an hour.

Deirdre a former nurse is also qualified in Reiki, Meridian Therapies, EFT, IET and Indian Head Massage.
